Averon is the final development that crowns the first phase of Kota Wisata — a housing cluster that bridges a vibrant past with a visionary future. Perfectly positioned just steps from the Kota Wisata toll exit and close to key facilities such as hospitals and schools, As the township’s grand finale, this cluster does more than close a chapter, it also elevates the entire legacy of Kota Wisata. For this milestone project, Newman assisted Sinar Mas Land to create the complete branding and promotional ecosystem, giving potential homeowners a clear and inspiring picture of the perfect cluster designed for multigenerational living.

Averon’s name draws inspiration from the Aveyron, a picturesque river flowing through the serene landscapes of southern France-symbolizing the seamless flow between peaceful residential life and the dynamic energy of community living.
We developed a brand-new look and feel for the cluster, from overall branding to advertising touchpoints, tailored to suit the aspirations of its target market. The visual direction emphasizes a subtle sense of luxury-delivered through delicate line-art illustrations paired with lifestyle photography that captures the warmth of a well-rooted, multigenerational family.
One of the most important touchpoints for any residential developer is the brochure, where potential buyers take their first deep dive into the product. For Averon, we designed this experience with a meticulous balance of elevated copywriting, clean layout, and unique illustrations—ensuring clarity, elegance, and emotional connections.
To extend awareness and strengthen the cluster’s identity, we also developed compelling visuals for public audiences through social media posts and printed ads, including billboards, posters, and boulevard banners. Each piece was designed to be eye-catching, informative, and memorable-even within the blink of a passing glance.
Our focus throughout this project was to create a design system that is both distinctive and comforting-one that future homeowners can recall with ease and emotion. Through story-driven narrative, evocative photography, and timeless branding, Newman communicates not only what the homes are, but more importantly, what life within them feels like: a legacy of comfort, togetherness, and pride.
