Signage and Wayfinding for Sentul’s Breathing City
Sequoia Hills Sentul is a city-scale development brought to life by Triniti Land in collaboration with PT Sentul Golf Utama. Spanning 90 hectares, this area is designed to be a residential haven with 60% of its land dedicated to green spaces. The blend of harmonious living with nature is the core concept of Sequoia Hills Sentul, creating a serene, cool, and peaceful environment within its residential surroundings.

PT Triniti Menara Serpong entrusted Newman with creating a comprehensive wayfinding and signage system for Sequoia Hills Sentul.
Newman’s design focuses on combining modernity and nature, using stainless steel material with bronze coloring to harmonize with the interior’s luxury. The signage exudes warmth and timelessness, while the steel sheet forms, featuring elegant folds, represent the balance between nature and modernity. Resulting in a direction system that’s both aesthetically pleasing and also guides the residents and visitors through the tranquil area of the establishments.
The iconography was specially crafted to align with the overall concept, creating a cohesive and visually appealing signage for all who visit Sequoia Hills Sentul. This design approach ensures that the wayfindings remains noticeable and durable, complementing the landscape and enhancing the area’s sophisticated vibe.
