A Youthful Residential Campaign for Sutera Nexen’s Growing Township

Virtu Phase 2 continues the residential expansion of Cluster Virtu within Sutera Nexen township in Balaraja,Tangerang. Designed for the new generation of homeowners, the campaign introduced a more energetic and approachable visual direction through a series of phased OOH communications, beginning with teaser billboards featuring future MRT connectivity and Nexi the cat, the campaign’s playful mascot, before transitioning into product and facility highlights. Newman developed the campaign strategy, billboard designs, and promotional ecosystem across print and digital media.
