Located within the active commercial surroundings of BSD, Delrey Biztown introduces a mixed-use development that combines retail activity with private residential living in a single integrated property. Designed with separate access systems between the commercial ground floor and upper residential levels, the project offers greater flexibility, comfort, and long-term investment relevance for modern business owners. Newman developed the communication strategy, rejuvenated the project’s visual direction, and created a cohesive OOH system centered around the idea of complete end-to-end living.
